Newberg- The Fire Department has been collecting and fixing up toys ever sime last Christmas and now they are getting ready to pack them up for Santa to distribute at the Christmas party on the 19th in the high school auditorium. Both repaired and unrepaired toys of all descriptions are stored at the fire station and in Ronald Knowles’ basement on Sherman Street and here a group with Ron at the left are looking them over in preparation for boxing them up. Beside Ron is Lon Alberty, then Doug Rahier and Neil Rader.
