Stamping nearly 2800 envelopes containing letters to nearly every householder in the city, members of the McMinnville Junior Chamber of Commerce prepare to mail Community Chest announcements. The letters were mailed Friday morning as a preliminary to the campaign's residential drive which will begin Monday in McMinnville. Names and addresses were obtained from the city water and light department to provide a complete mailing list for the announcements. The Jaycees are spearheading the campaign.
