HALLOWEEN PATROL—These members of the Walnut City Squirrels, McMinnville’s motorcycle club, will be on duty Halloween night to aid law enforcement officers in preventing serious Halloween pranks. They have been made special deputys and will work under Sheriff G. W. Manning and Police Chief Woody Conklin. They have been assigned areas in the county and McMinnville in which to ride patrol. The group has been receiving instruction in police work from local police.
