NEARLY 35 firemen worked on this 50-foot drill tower. The five-story mock building will give firemen practice on their
fire fighting techniques, and at the same time keep their equipment off the street. The tower on Nestle’s lot will figure in
the department’s activities tomorrow night when 200 visiting firemen and dignitaries will be guests of the local fire departments McMinnville is one of the first towns of its size to have such a practice tower.
