Perplexed-Perplexer-- Charley Moe, farmer near Broadmead scratches his head as he reads the printing on a paper sack which was found on all meters in McMinnville Saturday morning. The meter cover issued an invitation to the parker to shop in McMinnville at the cost of the chamber of commerce.
