August 13, 1957br/Sheridan -- Farmers south of Sheridan say they surely would like to be hauling their heavy loads of grain over the new overpass, which has been completed for many months. The narrow detour road around it still is being used because the grading contractor completed his part of the work only last week and another contractor started spreading the rock base Monday. The job is on schedule and is expected by state highway department engineers to be complete before winter softens the detour.
