SHERIDAN BOARD TOGETHER—ln session Tuesday night, Sheridan school board members heard the resignation of Chairman Kenneth Mullis and considered district reorganization. A tape recorder was used during the meeting to take down all remarks. Present, left to right, were Frank Smith, district superintendent; Pete Bell, new chairman; Lloyd Palmer, (behind Mrs. Edna Moore, clerk), Mrs. Tony Paulovich and Art Hebert. Board members passed a resolution to urge consolidation of Dayton, Amity and neighboring smaller dlstrlcts wnth Sheridan and Willamina.
