It was raining Saturday, unfortunately for spectators and parade participants, as the annual Linfield College Spring Festival parade wound through city streets. Winning among fraternities and sororities was this float by Delta Psi Delta and Phi Beta Mu, utilizing yellow, green and purple colors.
