Youngberg, who retires from his commissioner post in January after 12 years of service, was given a party by fellow county workers in honor of his 72nd birthday anniversary Tuesday in the courthouse. Attending the celebration were all county officials and courthouse employees, including long-time associates, from the left, Lynn Gubser county school superintendent; Fred Muhs, county assessor, and Homer Parrett, county treasurer.
