Preparing for a band concert in which new uniforms will be displayed, Cheryl Briskey straightens the tie of a classmate, David Hevener. The two are members of the Carlton elementary school band, which presented a concert Friday night in the new grade school. Cheryl is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Briskey and David is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hevener.
