Leaning from a ladder against a house being razed, Delbert Parr, operator of Parr’s market, hands a square nail to N. Jack Harris, of Salem, owner of the property. The 75-year-old house, formerly owned by Mrs. Bernice Ward, is being removed to make room for expansion which Harris intimated could include a complete shopping center.
