Construction continues on McMinnville’s municipal swimming pool, as workmen are shown atop the vast structure spreading tar on the roof of the indoor pool. With completion of the pool scheduled sometime in November, Mcminnville residents will be able to laugh at winter and swim in comfort, even with snow on the ground and the wind howling.
