1940-5-2, Two more new homes completed within recent months at Ninth and Birch streets indicate the nice blending of the Cape Cod and modern English style houses. W. Stuhlfeier's new home (left) exhibits the Cape Cod influence, while the beautiful new home of Kenneth Richardson, with its variegated stone front, is an adaption of the English idea. Ebright and company was contractor for the Richardson home, and Austin Hansen built the Stuhlfeier residence.
