Congratulations- Del Usselman, circulation manager for the News-Register, was one of several visitors on hand to congratulate Mrs. Clair Whitney and son, Kevin Clair, for scooping everyone else in the county by being the first new mother and child in 1963. Usselman presented Mrs. Whitney with a year’s free subscription to the News-Register.
