R.E. Clark, an employee of the McMinnville Water Commission since 1937 and foreman with water department for several years, is presented with a gold watch at a retirement party held Friday afternoon by Mayor L. F. Ramsey. Clarke Morton, center, with the department since 1949 as the Haskins Creek headworks operator, looks on. He has been named replacement for Clark. In the background are M.H. McGuire, who retired as general manager in 1957, and Alan Jones, present general manager.
