Patti Welch, member of the Mac-ettes marching drill team, accepts a check for $100 from John Roth, representative of the Yamhill Shrine Club, while Mrs. Darrell Crimmins looks on. The money will be used to help underwrite some of the team’s expenses in traveling around the northwest to participate in various celebrations and parades. The team, which has scheduled several more appearances, will disband for the year following an appearance at the annual McMinnville Christmas Parade.
