Dr. Ralph Storey, charter member of the McMinnville Garden Club, was presented with a “Green Clubs at a special ceremony in McMinnville recently. The award is the highest presented by the organization. Dr. Storey is congratulated by Bill Robinson, president of the Portland Garden Club, and Hal Thornburn president of the NW Regional organization.
