Malcolm Wright, county dog officer, poses with one of the animals brought in for a rabies shot during the series of rabies clinics held throughout the county Monday through Saturday. Numbers of animals receiving the shots was expected to exceed 1,000. The clinics were sponsored by the Yamhill County Health Department and county veterinarians.
