1962 Senior First Citizens
Frank and Ralph Wortman, McMinnville bankers and civic leaders, were selected Friday night by the Junior Chamber of Commerce as senior first citizens for 1962. Making the presentation is M.H. McGuire, last year's First Citizen. The Wortmans are members of the family that founded the city's first bank.
