NEW COUNTY FAIR BUILDING—-Workmen were putting the siding on this former army theater which will begin its peacetime career as a fair building this week. The exterior is to be painted after the fair. Some interior work which will not be completed for the opening of the fair, will be done later as funds become available. Work was started early this spring.
