HE’S GOT SOMEBODY’S GOAT-—Tony Nissl carefully keeps a good sized tree between himself and a large, “big horned” Angora goat that disrupted evening activities for people in central McMinnville Friday evening when he wandered into town from the auction yards north of the city.
