THE MEAT CAN BE STRINGY, but the wool must be fine and fluffy on the White Angora wool-bearing rabbits raised by Velton Goodrich and his wife at their Berry Creek farm, Mrs. Goodrich is shown above with three of the animals, the center one just through the shearing process and the other two practically ready to go under the scissors. The Goodrich’s have 170 Angora rabbits at the present time and plan to enlarge this summer to 1000 in the next year. Goodrich and his wife returned from Arizona last week where he has been serving with the Army.
