June 19, 1957br/Loading a truck with newspaper, members of the McMinnville Lions Club form a ldquo;chainrdquo; to pass bundles to Paul Durbin, paper drive chairman, standing on the truck bed. Passing papers to Durbin are, from left, Joe Moore, Ivan Neuschwanger, lsh Duckett and Rollin Wood. Lions loaded 13,729 pounds of paper on the truck which they took to Corvallis for sale. Proceeds of the sale will be used for the clubrsquo;s activities fund. Magazines collected are being stored in the old Gray brothers building and have not yet been sold. Club members will continue to make collections from McMinnville residents on the first Tuesday of each month.
