Rudy Windishar, president of McMinnville Industrial Promotions, Rex Haynle, vice-president of McMinnville Chamber of Commerce, and Tracy Jo Johnson, first runner-up for the Miss Yamhill County title, were on hand at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor and Ye Old Public House Friday morning to assist owner Del Coursey in an official ribbon cutting ceremony, Miss Johnson was to act as official hostess at the establishment Friday and Saturday evenings.
