May 30, 1962br/Crossing Repaired - Work was scheduled to be completed Monday afternoon at the Southern Pacific railroad crossing at the east end of McMinnville's Third street as railroad workers laid asphalt to smooth the crossing for automobiles. Planks were laid along the track and covered with asphalt in the project.
