“Snoopy” was Grand Prize winner in the Annual McMinnville Kids’ Parade held Friday morning under clear skies. Many kids entered the parade which drew residents from throughout the area to view the event, which signaled the start of the Christmas season in the city. Winners of a new bicycle were Allan and Jodi Schumacher of McMinnville.
