Beautification of the city parking lot at 4th and Baker streets was nearly completed Monday. Workmen oofed and puffed this Pyramidal English Oak tree into a corner spot. Two Norway Maple trees are at the opposite end of the lot and 11 Mugho Pine trees yet to come will finish the project, which cost about $300 in landscaping costs as part of the total parking lot development project.
