Gerald Gross pulls the well engineered float that captured first place in the parade;s float division. Riding in the big pumpkin is his sister, patty. Many colorful and imaginative floats were built and entered in the annual Kids Day Parade sponsored by the McMinnville Kiwanis Club. Following the presentation of awards to the parade’s winners several hundred children flocked to the Mack Theater to attend the traditional free movie.
