Workmen pace along the top of the covered arches at the Union Block building on 3rd Street as they put the finishing touches on the remodeling project that cost owners of the building in excess of $40,000. Firms in the newly remodeled building have scheduled open house festivities for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 21, 22 and 23.
