BUILDING SALE ANNOUNCED-West Coast Telephone company has purchased the building which formerly housed a Safeway store, it was announced by company officials. The structure, located at Fourth and Davis streets, will include a large parking lot property located south of the building. The newly-acquired property will provide adequate expansion room for West Coast's changeover to a dial system in McMinnville next year, officials of the firm announced.
