ARMISTICE DAY—After the parade through the main streets, many McMinnville residents gathered on the courthouse lawn around the monument to the unknown soldier Tuesday morning to pay tribute to the many who died in defense of our country. Shown above is part of the group as the high school band, lead by Richard A. Cooke, played the national anthem. Rev. S. James Osborne gave a short address.
