Historic Lafayette House Gets Extensive Lift

A major remodeling project is underway on this 112-year-old Lafayette home, the oldest in the city and one of the oldest in Yamhill County. The project has been undertaken by owners Mr. and Mrs. Albert Millsap. The house was built in the early 1850s by P.P. Gates, early county pioneer and former State Senator.
