RIBBON CUT—State highway engineer W. C. Williams (third from right) snipped the ribbon Wednesday to formally open the new 99-W bridge north of McMinnvilIe. Earlier he'd opened the new Wallace bridge near Willamina. City officials and Chambers of Commerce from McMinnville, Sheridan, Willamina and the 20 Miracle Miles Ad club participated.
