First step in construction of a fill and roadway crossing Cozine creek is the forming of this corrugated metal pipe which will carry the water of the creek under the fill. Eleven feet in diameter and 102 feet in length, size of the pipe is shown by the workmen who bolt the eight foot sections into place.
