Rock Brings Oil Search To Halt
Empty And Dismantled-- Drill shaft of the oil well set up near Rickreall stands empty with dismantled pump at one side this week. Workmen halted drilling operations Wednesday after striking volcanic rock. The circular pipe in lower left center of the photo is the drill shaft.
