RECEIVES CIVIL DEFENSE AWARD—Mrs. J. N. LaVoie of McMinnville, accepts an emblem from Yamhill County Civil Defense Director Bernie Nelson for her home fallout shelter. The shelter built in the LaVoie basement is fully equipped for two weeks‘ use by the family.
