CASTING BALLOT in annexation election Tuesday is Harold Talley, a resident of the area north of the McMinnville city limits which now is a part of the city, winning annexation by a 31 to 23 vote. Residents of an area along Western avenue voted against coming into the city, five for and 14 against.
