Red Cross, Jaycees Seek 295 Pints of Blood During Unit Visit Thursday
BLOOD A LIFESAVER--General hospital medical technicians William Garlick and Judy Johnson examine a pint of blood and syringe similar to those used in blood exchange transfusions, one of the uses made of blood collected through Red Cross efforts. Babies born with a jaundiced condition of the blood must have such a transfusion to insure their growing into normal children.
