Door-To-Door Drive Set Monday In Effort To Keep Blood Program
Only A Few -- Pint bottles represent only a few of the hundreds of pints of blood which have been available to county residents under the Red Cross blood program, but which may soon become unavailable unless sufficient funds are collected to sustain the program. Ben Gray, blood procurement chairman for the county chapter, holds an actual pint bottle used for handling of blood. Drive effort this week includes door-to-door campaign and a coffee break.
