Mayor Norm Scott of McMinnville eyes some cherries after accepting a wager from the mayor of Salem on two weekend football games on McMinnville involving teams from Salem. Scott has wagered the Salem mayor a turkey against a case of cherries on the McMinnville-South Salem football game Friday night and the Linfield-Willamette class Saturday night.
