Dr. L.E. Ragan, county health officer, demonstrates a three-light x-ray view box to Tom Vessey, Yamhill County Christmas Seal Campaign chairman. The view box was purchased for the Yamhill County Health department by the Willamette Tuberculosis and Health Association with Christmas Seals funds. The viewer is being used mainly for special TB clinics being held regularly at the health department to replace the clinics formerly held at the Oregon State TB Hospital in Salem.
