Mayor Norm Scott signs a proclamation declaring Nov. 6-10 National Education Week, while Mrs. Sue Buel of McMinnville, president of the Oregon Education Association, and Harry Dawson, president of the McMinnville Education Association, look on. Many events are scheduled for next week, including parents and interested persons in county school.
