Preparations are complete for the McMinnville Jaycees’ annual Bike Rodeo contest, stated Saturday on the city parking lot at 5th and Evans. Local Police Officer Pete Schwarz (left) and Bill Wilson (second from left) have shown films in area grade schools on bike safety and promoted the 10 a.m. contest.
