Rotary luncheon Friday at Michelbook Country Club in McMinnville drew State Treasurer Robert Straub (right) to address the group on the location of the proposed highway at Pacific City. A restudy of the controversial route was ordered by the Federal Highway Administration. Straub opposed the Pacific City sandspit route. Getting lunch with the state official are Rotarians R.R.
