Interesting tales from the air war in Vietnam were related to classmates Jeff Durham (center) and Roger Wilson (right) by Air Force Capt.. Wallace Mekkers, who was honored guest at a barbecue-picnic Sunday at the McMinnville home of his parents. Headed for new duties as flight instructor at George AFB, Calif., Mekkers returned late last month from 16 months of duty in Vietnam.
