Two Presentations - Mr. and Mrs. Bud Springer at Bud & Dot’s Cafe in McMinnville received a $25 savings bond from Fred Koch Jr. (left) as they accepted the 10,000th azalea plant he has given in a 20-year period. A member of the McMinnville Men's Garden club, Koch has given away the azaleas in urging area residents to plant them to beautify the city.
