FLAG PRESENTED - Mrs. Dee Redford, Women's Relief Corps, Department of Oregon, presents an American Flag to representatives of Boy Scout Troop 695, McMinnville's newest troop. With Scoutmaster Sam Soper were Scouts Loren Soper (left) and Edward Hoem. The presentation was made during the WRC's state convention at Linfield College.
