New Station--Razing of a part of the present Peavey Texaco station (right) at 99W and Baker Street in McMinnville cleared the way for construction of a new, two-story station (left). Peavey Oil officials soid the new structure will house the service station facilities on the ground floor, while company offices will be housed on the second floor. The new station, to be completed in four to six weeks, is being built by Jack Leonard, general contractor. The gasoline pumps will be moved back from the present location to the old location of the lube room and office space.
