Taking a close look at one of the new flower boxes now lining McMinnville’s 3rd street is Mrs. Renate Ritland, who operates a beauty parlor downtown. The boxes were prepared and donated by the city's garden club and will be picked up during special events in the downtown area, such as Turkey-Rama.
