A real eyecatcher on Third Street in McMinnville is the “Jolly Green Texaco Giant” erected at Andy’s Texaco service. The huge “man” stands approximately 25 feet tall and is getting a a careful look from young Andrea Arvay on her way home. Peavey Oil stations, new with Texaco, are planning to have the giants.
